One developer, no agency

itbite.dev is a real registered business in Doboj, Bosnia, run by one developer. Not a marketing front, not a freelancer, not a five-person agency with three project managers. One person who builds the site, runs the hosting, writes the blog posts, replies to your messages, and ships fixes the same day.

I started this because I watched too many small business owners get burned. They paid a freelancer $2,000 upfront and got a half-finished site that broke in a year. They signed up for Wix and spent every Saturday morning fighting the page builder. They hired an “agency” that quoted them six weeks and disappeared after the deposit cleared. Service businesses deserve something simpler: pay a small monthly fee, get a real website, and have a person who actually picks up.

So I run it like a one-person shop on purpose. Every site is hosted on infrastructure I personally maintain. Every blog post for a Pro customer is written and reviewed by me before it goes live. When you email at 10pm on a Tuesday, you're emailing me, not a CRM auto-responder, not an offshore agent on a script.

One stubborn promise: if your site isn't live within 48 hours of you finishing the intake form, I refund the first month and you keep the site. I've never had to, but the door is open.
