Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of itbite.dev (“Service,” “we,” “us”), operated by Uslužna djelatnost "Itbite" Ensar Bavrk s.p. Doboj, a sole proprietorship registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina (JIB 4512567270004) with registered address at Vojvode Mišića 54/P-10, 74000 Doboj, Bosnia and Herzegovina. By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We design, build, host, and maintain websites for cleaning businesses, along with supporting tools. We offer three plans:

• Starter — $29/month. Template website, custom domain, SSL, online booking, quote calculator, basic SEO, hosting, maintenance. Live in 48 hours.
• Pro — $49/month. Everything in Starter, plus blog section, 4 AI-written blog posts per month, custom brand colors, priority support, monthly SEO report.
• Custom — $499 one-time + $29/month after 3 free months. Fully custom design, logo, brand identity, unlimited pages, advanced integrations. Starts with a 15-minute discovery call.

2. Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for tax and billing purposes. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account or by emailing hey@itbite.dev. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. What you provide

To deliver your website, you agree to provide accurate business information: business name, services, contact information, photos (where applicable), brand preferences, and any other content we reasonably need. You confirm you have the right to use any content you provide.

4. Your website and domain

• The domain is registered in your name. If you cancel, you keep the domain.
• On Custom plans, the source code can be transferred to you upon reasonable request.
• We retain the right to link to your live site in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Delivery timelines

• Starter and Pro: live within 48 hours of you completing the intake form.
• Custom: 7-10 business days from the kickoff call, including up to 3 rounds of revisions.

Delays caused by slow response from you (missing information, photos, approvals) may extend timelines.

6. Revisions and changes

• Starter: minor text and image updates are included monthly. Larger changes are quoted separately.
• Pro: text, image, and layout updates handled within 24 hours during business days.
• Custom: unlimited revisions during the build. Post-launch, monthly updates are included; new features are quoted separately.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any content or purpose that is illegal, deceptive, harmful, harassing, obscene, infringing on intellectual property, or used for spam. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

8. Intellectual property

Content you provide remains yours. Our code, design systems, tooling, and underlying templates remain our intellectual property except where explicitly transferred (Custom plans).

10. Termination

You can cancel at any time, no fees, no contracts. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your website goes offline at the end of the current billing period. You keep your domain and any source code that has been transferred to you.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant specific marketing or business outcomes (traffic, bookings, revenue). Results depend on many factors outside our control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where our business is registered. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled by the courts of Doboj, Bosnia and Herzegovina, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence require otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
