Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your itbite.dev website. This policy explains when and how refunds are available. It applies to all purchases made from itbite.dev, operated by Uslužna djelatnost "Itbite" Ensar Bavrk s.p. Doboj (Vojvode Mišića 54/P-10, 74000 Doboj, Bosnia and Herzegovina; JIB 4512567270004).
1. Monthly subscriptions (Starter, Pro)
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel:
- You keep access to your website until the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued for unused portions of the current month.
- Future charges stop immediately.
- If you cancel within 7 days of initial signup and you have not yet had your site launched, you can request a full refund of the first month.
2. Custom plan ($499 one-time)
The Custom plan is a project-based engagement. Our refund terms:
- Before kickoff call: full refund on written request within 7 days of payment.
- After kickoff, before design preview: 50% refund (we’ve already spent time on discovery and planning).
- After design preview delivered: no refund. You get up to 3 rounds of revisions to reach approval. If we cannot reach a design you approve after 3 rounds and all reasonable revision requests, we will refund in full.
- After launch: the Custom fee is non-refundable once your site is live. Monthly hosting ($29/mo) can be cancelled any time.
3. How to request a refund
Email hey@itbite.dev with your account email and the reason for the request. We respond within 3 business days and issue approved refunds within 10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Payments processed by Paddle
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle and may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
You may also contact Paddle directly using the information on their receipt or their buyer support portal.
5. Disputed charges and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
6. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Past billing periods on subscription plans where the service was delivered
- Domain registration fees (these are paid directly to the domain registrar and are non-refundable by policy)
- Third-party fees or services you purchased outside of itbite.dev
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, including cooling-off periods and rights under EU/UK consumer law where applicable.
